All Nova vibratory machines share a common welded metal base that has a chemically resistant paint. Each machine has an on/off timer with a 0 to 60 minute cycle or constant on switch. Our unique hard mount spring system permits maximum use of energy into amplitude or vibration and will roll steel media. The work chamber bowl is of one piece 5/8” nominal construction with a tightly formed clear plastic cover lid. All top mounting hardware is stainless steel. All our vibratory machines are equipped to run either wet or dry media applications.
What makes the Nova vibratory different is our power system options. All our model sizes are available with four different motors and three construction options. We use the largest ball bearing motors in their rated fractional horsepower. Standard motors operate at 1725 RPM, 115 Volt, single phase, 60 Hz. And are rated for 138,000 hours of service.
Optional Model Series Variations
There are now only two basic optional construction features to our machine models. All machine systems are HT bowl construction, but the suspension system is considered standard or HDT. That means that a standard machine is nearly all plastic construction; whereas, the HDT or SHDT has a ½” aluminum plate above the spring system. The SHDT is specifically built to handle steel media and very high stresses. For your convenience we have color coded a performance factor and life expectancy into our price list to give you a little better rating system of our equipment.
