Corrosion Inhibitors - Ferrous, Non-ferrous
A variety of corrosion inhibitors for protection of ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. These products are designed to insure the maximum protection of metal surfaces using safe and economical compounds.
Metal Deburring Compounds
Efficient and economical products for use in vibratory, centrifugal disc finishing, open/closed tumbling equipment using all types of deburring medias, including loose abrasive, pre-form plastic and ceramic tumbling medias as well as part-on-part finishing.
* Products promote more effective burr removal, edge radii and metal surface preparation by maintaining the cleanliness of parts and media during processing.
* Products to suit all metals and all methods of metal deburring.
Metal Burnishing Compounds
Variety of burnishing compounds to produce bright, clean and lustrous metal surfaces for use in open/closed tumbling, part-on-part and vibratory finishing processes utilizing all types of burnishing medias, such as porcelain, polishing ceramic and carbon/stainless steel medias.
* Products developed for steel media burnishing will keep the media in a "like new" condition along with protection form corrosion. Products have been developed for burnishing of many metal surfaces, including brass, copper, zinc, steel, stainless steel as well as electroplated metal parts.
Pre-plate Finishing Compounds- for use with Plastic Media
* Products for use with both polyester and urea-formaldehyde resin media to produce clean, smooth surfaces along with minimal foam generation and "sludge" buildup.
In-House Laboratory and Support Service
United States Chemical Corporation's in-house laboratory simulates all of the commonly used processes in metal finishing. Included in the laboratory are vibratory finishing equipment, an ultrasonic cleaning system, open tumbling barrels, spray wash equipment and various types of parts dryers. The equipment insures that all products are tested under conditions in which they are expected to operate, thereby avoiding any unnecessary interruptions for the client.

The service commitment frequently includes evaluation and development of the most efficient and economical products, and/or the designing of the most effective process for resolving the challenges of our clients.
All of the products sold by U.S. Chemical are manufactured and shipped directly to customers from our facility in Plantsville, Connecticut. By manufacturing all products in-house, a strict quality assurance and comprehensive record keeping process is maintained. The facilities include the capacity to produce very large or very small liquid or powder product runs reflective of customer's needs.
