Centrifugal Disc Deburring - How Does It Work?
A rotating disc at the bottom of a stationary
process chamber rotates at high RPM.
This creates a "tornado" of parts, abrasive
media, and water (or no water at all, in the
case of dry processing). This action deburrs, Before and after deburring
descales, radiuses and burnishes parts up to
ten times faster than traditional vibratory methods.
